The service team at Drayton Valley Ford has been top shelf in customer service. From check in to getting my car back in good time, I have been pleased. I will definitely come back again.
My husband bought a new 2016 F150 here. They were ultra eager to sell him the extended warranty so he took the bait unfortunately. Then when it came time to use warranty at only 40,000 km's they stiffed him for the total service bill saying it wasn't covered. Obviously the extended warranty would be useless at this dealership as well. He is not the type to write reviews but I felt that it was very important to warn others. I see this owner is quick to reply to these reviews, too bad he didn't spend more time assisting his customers with their service/warranty issues!
My experience at drayton valley Ford has never been good. I have tried there three times to get a vehicle and was told they couldn't help me. Their reason was because I had to much negative equity on trade ins. Went else where and got approved right away.
Poor service, good place to get ripped off. I bought one vehicle here hated my experience with them. Then made the mistake of giving a second chance. Again got ripped off a few times. Gave me the run around. Practically lived in there trying to get what I was promised when I purchased it. Will never ship here again
