For the service and horrible sales. I bought a 2007 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon from another dealership that did all of my servicing in Drayton Valley and after multiple trips to the dealership I ended up selling the vehicle because they could not fix it. The vehicle had major electrical issues which cause my brakes to apply fully while driving down the highway and throwing me into the ditch multiple times. I was responsible for all investigation into the issues as they could not find a problem with the vehicle and was pretty much told it was all my imagination.I sold that vehicle almost 5 years ago and at least twice a year I get a phone call from the dealership asking if I want to trade it in which I have told them multiple times that I do not own the vehicle and I would never buy a vehicle from that dealership or Dodge again.Secondly when my father was diagnosed with terminal cancer him as well as my mother both went to trade in their Mint Condition vehicles for one vehicle. They had everything lined up to step into a new Jeep but they had to go to the city to the doctor's appointments and when they get back to town to take their vehicles in and pick up the new one the dealership had sold it out from under them. My father worked as a mechanic for Chrysler for almost 20 years and after this experience and no experience he bought a Buick and said he would never step foot in a Chrysler product again.All in all they have good people working there but they have shity management and just like every other dealership they're just out to make a dollar and not provide service for the customers that live in their community.
Bought a brand new jeep compass here. Great service, lots of smiles, offered a deal that I simply cannot refuse. Would buy a car here again.
Horrible custom care with my truck, had my truck go there to get clear 3M on the front end done. They forgot to wrap one mirror. Used a knife against the paint to trim the roof wrap. Finished the truck first thing in the morning and they let it sit outside for 6 hrs. I drove by twice. Stopped in & saw that they finished the 3m. No one called to say it was done. I do not recommend using big west for anything.
Called them right at closing time regarding my truck not going into Park. Barry diagnosed the problem immediately and gave directions on how to fix it. When I was unable to due to the mud underneath, he got me into the bay and hoisted the truck up, hosed off the problem area, and fixed it. Awesome service and will definitely be coming back.
Came here after reading good reviews. Terrible place to deal with. Salespeople pressure you management was terrible he actually hit on my gf as I was chatting with sales.They claim expert detailing of vehicle, there was mud in all perforations of seat, under seat and flip down arm rest.I drove a good distance a d when I went to barter my trade in there was zero movement, seen my trade in for double the price a few days later....double!!!! I've felt with many dealerships and this was an awful experience. Never will I recommend or even enter that terrible stealership again.
