I'd like to say that although I'm giving a low star rating the ladies were friendly and not rude. Just not helpful.I ordered a package from UPS and recieved confirmation that it had been delivered to this UPS dropoff location.I drove in from 30 minutes away and was told my package was not there. The lady took down my name and phone number and went to the back to look for my parcel. She returned a couple minutes later confirming it hadn't been delivered. She said she'd call me when my package arrived.I left the store and called UPS. They confirmed the parcel had been delivered that morning before noon. It was 4pm when I had gone in.The next day I receive a followup call from UPS asking if I had been able to pick up my package. We were on a day trip so I called GO west to confirm if my package was indeed there. The lady let me go and called back shortly after saying that it was and my number wasn't on the parcel. (The lady from the day before took my number down exactly for this reason). When I mentioned this to her she said the package must gave shown up after I had left. I called UPS back to ask if it was a possibility. No, it had been delivered in the morning not afternoon.I'm upset b/c when I insisted my package was there the lady couldn't be bothered taking a longer look. And then couldn't admit it was there the whole time. Playing it off as my fault b/c I didn't wait for them to call. Which they never would have since my number wasn't on the parcel. She also told me that UPS never sends text notices to let you know when packages have been scanned in at their dropoff location. Which they do.
