The worst plumbing company I've ever dealt with. They can't do there job properly and they over charge. How can a "professional" company get away with charging for 2 laborers for a 1 laborer job plus charge for 2 hours when they were only here for 20 minutes? This is absolutely disgusting. When I talked to the manager about it he was demeaning and rude towards me, swearing and raising his voice at me. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. Shame on you.
Impeccable service
I would 100% stay away from this company. I was given an estimate to repair my ac unit for $1300 with the assurance they would review the bill at end. Final invoice came in at $1420 before tax. As the $1300 was high to begin with I called back asking if they would at least come down to the $1300. In speaking with one of the owner's, Roy, I was continually interrupted, talked down to, and at one point he stated he would be willing to "meet me" alluding to wanting to fight. I have never encountered this type of unprofessionalism from an owner let alone an employee and do not feel any customer should have to endure this treatment. On a positive note the repair was completed, ac works well, installer was very helpful, and ladies in office were nice. But the cost of repair, and unprofessionalism of the owner suggests one should take there business somewhere else.
Rude, incompetent, and not proffesional at all .... try's blaming the customer for his employees shoddy work ..... save yourself having to do the job twice ..... and hire another plumbing company ...... this asshat took me to collections after his employee decided to change my entire bathroom even though everything was marked on the floor ..... and making my shower inaccessible....even though all material was present , and desired location marked out with a big black marker ...... save yourself a headache .... just don't .
