The staff are friendly, helpful & understanding. The room with kitchenette was lovely & clean. Having a Continental Breakfast prepared promptly at 5am is great, especially for guests whom are staying for work related purposes. HOWEVER, having a dog in the next room whimpering & barking while a person is trying to sleep or rest is NOT enjoyable whatsoever!As other Hotels world-wide, Home Away should designate ONLY 1 portion of ONLY 1 floor specifically for guests with Pets. Not doing so, can result in discontentment of other guests & potentially health related issues if a guest has allergies etc!
I have stayed here many times for work, I usually stay in a room with a kitchenette. The rooms are updated, clean and have all necessary items. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful if you ever have any concerns. The Inn is reasonably priced (cheapest I have found in Drayton Valley) I highly recommend it if you are working in the area and need a place to call home for a few days. My last stay here they kindly upgraded my room, thank you! I will definitely be coming back when I am in this area.
