Ordered flowers for my little sister's birthday from France (she lives in Drayton Valley) for her birthday for 100CAD. When my sister sent me the photo (to thank me!) I was disappointed. I called back the shop and told her that the photo on her site, and the product delivered had nothing to do with what my sister received. She told me that in Drayton valley flowers were a different price and HUNG up on me. And....the kickerSHE WENT BACK TO MY SISTER'S OFFICE AND TOOK BACK THE FLOWERS!! In front of her co-workers! She told my sister on her birthday that she would refund my order! This florist has a special place in hell. Never seen anything like that in my life. DO NOT USE!
I've ordered and have received flowers from here many times and have always received excellent service. The girls that work there have always been awesome to deal with. I always get what I want and when they don't have the flowers I want they still manage to make something gorgeous. Thank you!
