If i could give it a lower rating i would. The staff are great, but the new owner doesn't know how to respect his staff. Don't work for him, he will tell you all the stories you want to hear to get you in the door, and thats about as far as it goes. He is not trustworthy, and his only goal at the end of the day is profit, regardless of how his staff feels. The majority of them are over worked and under appreciated.
They are open later now so we can do more night shopping.
Every time I buy something from this store its incomplete, and a waste of my time. Save yourself the hassle and buy from any other store in town or go to leduc.
Amazing selection but kinda all over the map. Liked the store and the staff but had a hard time finding stuff and as long as you can find someone youll get what you need quickly. Many many items on sale and in good quantities but all over the store so unless you stumbled upon something you might miss it.
Hey what can you say other than its Canadian Tire so you'll always find what you want and need but the Drayton Valley store could use some better trained staff in the parts department as they are basically just bodies for the most part with zero automotive knowledge. They do thier best but we'll you can't help if you don't know ow what your helping with lol.
