Without notice this clinic put a collection charge for less than $100 on my credit report. They have my number can call if my insurance didn't pay all for their service.

Great staff. Friendly and make sure you are comfortable and little pain as possible. Had an extraction by Dr.karr I felt a little pain on the first freezing needle and not any pain sitting the procedure. She is amazing. Highly recommend this place.
